Jet lag kicked in after our arrival on Saturday.
We all needed a nap before we could explore Waikiki.
In the afternoon we checked out the area around the hotel, which is located on the main shopping street. Lots of upmarket shops as well as numerous hotels and smaller stores.
For dinner we looked around the hotel and discovered The Cheeseburger Diner. Very popular place - plenty of people and lots of music. We followed up the cheeseburger with some frozen yogurt from Yogurt Land which we ate sitting on the beach front at Waikiki.
Home to bed; it was about 11.00pm before we got to bed. The girls are in the 8th floor and Tony and I the 6th floor.
